Co-Housing For The Community

Co-Housing for the (whole) community.

From our insights gathered from the pop-up event and my additional research, I feel that developing a co-housing scheme will help address the major issues that we discovered and will help to enable the residents of Stretford to function to their full capabilities.

Many co-housing models have an inward focus & I feel that this can isolate them from their surrounding context. I propose a model that integrates with the community through shared public space, in order to make the most of Stretford's existing sense of community.
