Although the communal building must provide the necessary services for the scheme, it is ultimately the social atmosphere & environments that are crucial to the success of my scheme.
Programmatic Development.
Through the experimentation of various iterations, I have been able to construct a reductive programme plan which allowed me to fully resolve the spatial layout of the communal building.
Various form iterations, exploring how the solid mass of the building can be broken up.
Key axial viewpoints are taken through the communal building to create a dialogue between the communal building and the Stretford Public Hall.
